Pies can be intimidating, they seem fussy and more work than you have time for. We’re here to bust those myths, because pies and their crusts are just a few simple steps that don’t require any special tools.
During this hands on class you will be given the choice to make an all butter or animal fat based crust, and walked through the process of mixing, rolling, decorating, and baking delicious flaky pies. All participants will enjoy a slice of fresh pie and leave with 2 crust recipes as well as a pie crust ready to roll for your Thanksgiving table.
Instructor Erin has been baking pies for her family and friends for many years and loves to wow people with this simple to make treat.
