Intro to Qi Gong – Spring Cleaning [6-Week Series]

Qi Gong is an ancient chinese movement art for full-spectrum health.
In this Spring Cleaning series, we will learn a traditional form with a special focus on clearing the basic energy centers of the body and balancing the organs.
Slow, repetitive movements reestablish our connection with breath and body, regulate the nervous system, and support self-awareness, reflection and insight.
Class warm-up and instruction will provide the necessary foundation for beginning at-home practice.
Masks are required for this series.
Led by Georgia Mitchell, a student of Qi Gong for the last 6 years for this 6 session series.
Classes run on Tuesdays February 22nd through March 29th from 6pm – 7 pm.
