Jade Woman Qigong 3/19/23

March 19 @ 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm

* Clearing physical and emotional toxins *enhancing peace and vitality *supporting liver chi
Jade Woman Qigong is a superior method of healing that addresses the special needs of a woman’s body, as well as the needs of a male body during the Spring season of the Wood Element. Spring is the season for rising Liver chi and we need to nourish the smooth flow of chi and blood to establish calm emotions and clear thinking.
The phases of a woman’s life require a plentiful supply of blood to insure normal gynecological function. Because of these needs, Qigong forms designed for women have a focus that is different from traditional forms.
The form is named Jade Woman because Jade is a highly prized precious stone that, since ancient times, has been regarded as a symbol of yin (female) energy. This beautiful and effective form of Qigong was taught to Instructor Caryn Boyd Diel, by Master Liu He. Jade Woman Qigong was created for and taught to Master Liu He by her grandfather when she was a young girl growing up in China.
This magical qigong form provides great benefit to all women regardless of age or re-productive history and is also appropriate for men who want to heal and support the liver.
We will learn this special Spring Qigong form and a Taoist meditation to clear emotional chi from the Liver, allowing you to move into Spring clear and refreshed.
