Join Erin as we make a couple different strawberry jam variations like strawberry balsamic and strawberry rhubarb, with pectin and without, then we’ll get the water bath canner going and learn the basics of canning high acid foods. Erin has been canning for 10 years and loves to show others how it works. Its much easier than you think! Best for beginners and those refreshing their skills. All supplies included, and you can take home a jar of jam.
