Meditation for Non-meditators 4 Week Course

This is a course for those who can’t meditate, who’ve tried before and thought it wasn’t for them.
This is taught by a former monk who would like to share with you all that he has learned in a conversational way without resorting to lingo.
This is a 4 week course where you are sitting comfortably in chairs. There’s no chanting, concentration, visualizations, postures, the breath or anything else you’ve tried before. It is designed to take you from beginner to advanced meditator, going step-by-baby-step so that you feel confident.
Meditation does so much, without feeling like work. It soothes, heals, calms, deepens, and expands.
But more than relaxation, meditation reconnects you to the forgotten part of yourself. This is the spiritual dimension, separate from beliefs. It’s a tangible state of peace without explanation, of stillness of mind, of connection.
It is simple and natural. It is us, beyond thoughts and emotions.
It is available to everyone, eyes open, or eyes closed, regardless of prior stress levels.
