Sunrise Meditation Spring ’22 MWF
April 4 @ 6:30 am - 7:30 am
Sunrise Meditation offers a wonderful space to start your day in contemplation and reflection. We’ll begin with 5 minutes of fellowship followed by 40 minutes of silent meditation. Most familiar with vipassana meditation, the host is happy to answer any questions about different approaches (including body scan, noting emotions or counting the breath). Please bring your own meditation pillow and blanket or yoga mat. Matt Perry is a long-time meditator and Somatic Coach who works at the intersection of mind and body.
This program is free. Donations to the Chuckanut Center always welcome.
We will meet Weekdays [Monday through Friday] each week from 6:30AM to 7:15 AM.
Please find parking at the Chuckanut Center. If the lot is full, use Fairhaven Park next door.
