Take the mystery out of cheesemaking. This is a small hands-on class. We will make two batches of mozzarella and some excellent burrata and then use them in a seasonal dish. We will taste and learn about other cheeses the PNW has to offer during the process. Looking forward to seeing you in class.
Our class is limited to eight people.
1.5 hours $39 per person $29 for seniors, vets of students.
Several parking spaces are available at Chuckanut Center. If the lot is full, please find additional parking next door at Fairhaven Park.
